Get your workout therapy at The WELL! Fullbody workouts designed to build strength and endurance, using the energy of the group and the expertise of certified instructors to maximize your results.
The WELL offers 4 styles:
Basic Training: Bodyweight training to gain strength, agility and improve your overall fitness. Perfect way to start your day and cross-train for running, swimming and sports seasons.
Strength: Whole body strength training using Kettlebells and TRX to develop balance, flexibility, and core stability.
Performance: High intensity interval training sessions that will mix cardio and strength training in both circuit and group style classes.
