Aimed at providing an improved health and wellness experience for all members, our Fitness Center is filled with a unique variety of people and purposes. With our state-of-the-art fitness and strength equipment, friendly personal trainers and an extensive array of group exercise and mind / body classes, our Fitness Center helps to motivate, inspire and keep members of all ages and fitness levels feeling their best.
Tai Chi
Instructor: P’ Nut Somboon Ages: 18 + 8-week session
This program is for anyone who wants to improve their physical, emotional, and spiritual balance. No experience necessary. Based on Yang Style Tai Chi and Qi Gong, this class is easy on your joints and has an emphasis on balance, agility, breathing and inner peacefulness. No equipment or special gear required— just comfortable clothes.
Itipon Somboon( P’ Nut) is the 7th Generation of Gu Li Sheng’ s Yang Style Tai Chi. He has trained in many martial arts including Muay Thai, Judo, Karate, and Daito Ryu Aiki Jujutsu for over three decades. In the past year, he had seminars and workshops training people about awareness, internal movement, teaching Tai chi for selfdefense, and health benefits around North America, Asia, and Europe.

Interconnected Wellness
Instructor: Michele Nierle Ages: 18 + 8-week session
In this eight-week course, participants will be guided in weekly-themed gentle yoga and movement for half of the class time, followed by prompts for reflection, sharing, and learning with each other for the other half of class time. This integrative approach will offer participants the opportunity to deepen their connections with their whole being( body, mind, and spirit) and be part of a larger community of learning.
Michele Nierle is a yoga and mindful movement teacher and has designed, implemented, and facilitated engaging whole-person centered programming in various settings for almost two decades. Her lifework includes the inquiry, practice, and application of reintegrating body with mind as a pathway to our collective healing. Women’ s Wellness
Instructor: Katie Brown Ages: 18 + 12-week session
Do you want to feel better physically, mentally, and emotionally? Set goals and reach them in this motivating class. You will see results! You will feel better! This class that meets twice a week is taught by Katie Brown, Certified Health Coach, Group Exercise and Barre Instructor. This class will help you tone and most importantly, build strength! Class will have tiny bursts of cardio plus full body movement in four parts: planks / push-ups, thighs, glutes, and core. You will develop control and endurance throughout your entire body though emphasis on alignment and breathing.
