Shallow Water Aerobics
Fun and low-impact workout Ages : 18 +
This water aerobics class meets twice a week and is great for adults looking for a fun , lowimpact physical activity . During class you will perform various movements in shallow water to improve joint flexibility , range of motion , and muscle strength to the sound of up-beat music !

Are you an aspiring swimmer , competitive swimmer , fitness swimmer , triathlete , or open water swimmer ? Our fitness swimming program is here to help each athlete reach their individual goals , create new friendships , and connect with your community in and out of the water . All workouts are conducted with an experienced USA swim coach , in a fun team environment . Join us today ! ( must be able to swim freestyle )

Low-impact class to challenge your aquatic exercise skills Ages : 18 +
This water aerobics class meets twice a week and is great for adults looking for a fun , low-impact physical activity . During class you will perform various movements in 8-10 feet of water to improve joint flexibility , range of motion , and muscle strength . Aqua belts are provided and are required to participate . ( Maximum class size : 15 )

Aqua Zumba
Invigorating , low-impact and fun workout Ages : 18 +
Join Instructor Jill Carrillo for a class that ’ s perfect for anyone who ’ s looking to make a splash by adding a low-impact , high-energy aquatic exercise to their fitness routine . How it works : Aqua Zumba integrates the Latin / International dance rhythms and movement of Zumba with traditional aquatics fitness principles and exercises , creating the ultimate “ Pool Party ” that you won ’ t want to miss ! Aqua Fit Bootcamp
Invigorating , low-impact and fun workout Ages : 18 +
This class mixes calisthenic exercises with interval cardio and strength training in a pool environment . The entire length of the lap pool is used from the shallow to the deep end . Deep water aqua-belts will be worn , kickboards , aqua fitness barbells , and noodles will all be utilized throughout your workout .
Exercises will consist of swimming , aerobic arm and leg movements , and other various calisthenic exercises in and out of the water . Pump-up your workout with this medium to high intensity class guaranteed to keep you moving and burning those calories while minimizing the stress on y our joints ! ( Maximum class size : 15 )
