Day 2016
Jazzin' Magazine was also one of the first to join in the celebration of the International Jazz Day April 30th in 2016.
The day was celebrated at Libras Restaurant, Isla Verde with the music of saxophonist Janice Maisonet , plus the live screening of the International Jazz Day

Suazo Goes To Berklee
2016 was also the year on which Jonathan Suazo, one of Puerto Rico most promising young musician decided to study at one of the best Music College, Berklee. Jazzin' Magazine organized a party at Don Tello Restaurant, as farewell and celebration of the future success of this already amazing musician.
These were the first two events organized by Jazzin' Magazine as part of a new project of Live Jazz Events called Puerto Rico Jazzin' Nights. For 2017, things got even better.
Chasing Trane
Jazzin' Magazine and Jazz Portorricensis joined forces in 2017 to organized one of the most important Jazz events of the year; the Premiere of the John Coltrane Documentary Chasing Trane.
The Premiere took place on May 10 at Cinema Bar, San Juan, and more than a hundred people enjoyed one of the
best jazz documentaries

Jimmy Rivera 50th Anniversary
Drummer Jimmy Rivera, one of Puerto Rico Jazz True Legends, deserved a celebration on his 50 years in Jazz and Jazzin' Magazine along Jazz Portorricensis made it real with a jammin party at Dona Ana Restaurant.
Bill Evans Time Remembered
February, Cinema Bar.. Jazzin' Magazine and Jazz Portorricensis again joined forces to present another great documentary, this time about the pianist Bill Evans. This event was supposed to happen on september 20, but was postponed due to Hurricane Maria.
