1. When you wash your hair, it is the scalp that
needs washing, so massage your scalp with
your fingertips and your hair will be washed
without matting up, or losing the shine. Each
hair is covered with tiny scales that need to lie
flat to be shiny.
2. If the labels on clothes irritate the back of
your neck, remove them and replace with a
few backstitches in a bright colour so that you
can tell the back from the front.
3. Summer was the time to remove all the winter black mould from the walls, on a dry day,
you can still leave the windows open while you
treat with a mixture of half household bleach
and water. Take proper safety precautions.
4. To remove all the cream from a small
carton, unfold all the corners that make the
box shape. Cut straight accross the top and
squeeze the box totally flat.
5. Be careful where you spray perfume, it is
the alcohol and the oils in it that destroy jewellery.
