The councilman of Culture, Quico
Moragues, howed his satisfaction for
the response of the public to one of the
most important cycles of the annual
cultural program, with an average
of daily spectators of between 1,000
and 1,500 people.
This acceptance encourages them to
start thinking about programming for
next year and to continue betting on
quality shows to fill summer culture
nights.
The singer Cyrille Aimeé was the one
who closed the festival last night with
a concert that managed to transmit
to the audience the jazz atmosphere
of the New Orleans venues.
Aimeé is one of the most important
voices of the current jazz scene and
has as its hallmark a mixture of
Caribbean rhythms, French melodies
and vocal jazz in the manner of Ella
Fitzgerald.
