We recently held a new day of
seabed cleaning. During this
event, in addition to the Town
being the driving force, we
involved different groups such as
diving centres, civic and scientific
associations, volunteers, yacht
clubs ... it is an excellent example
of the personality and values of our
town. And it is a very good effort
to keep our beaches and coves in
the best of condition.
These activities are not only
positive for our tourism, but for
the conservation of the quality of
life of today and for the future.
In addition, the Department of
Culture, directed by my colleague
Quico Moragues, has prepared a
fantastic programme for everyone
during the coming weeks.
