Javea Bridge Club
Jean Cooke is the latest Life
Member at Javea Bridge Club.
Jean, at 90 years old is an
enthusiastic player and has been
playing for several years. She is
a great example of the benefit of
regular mental exercise to help
you stay alert, unfortunately,
following a fall she was unable to
get to the club for several weeks.
Jean was welcomed back in
April with a round of applause,
and further congratulations as
she was presented with flowers
and her Life Member certificate
by Pat Ford.
Javea Bridge Club is located in
Avenida de Paris – between Javea
Park’s bars and shops and the Casa
de Vino bodega. There is ample
parking nearby. Regular duplicate
bridge sessions are held every
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
and Friday from 2.45 – 6.45 pm,
while Bridge with Supper sessions
take place every 2-3 months.
