The Town Hall is
selling an urban plot
on C. Bari, in the
Arenal.
The land, which became municipal
due to a cession within a partial
plan, has an area of 2,756’62
square meters with an intensive
residential rating and adjoins
Genoa and Avenida Augusta
streets.
The plot is valued at 1.811.808,18
euros (without VAT), so this will
be the starting price of the tender,
which will be awarded through an
open auction upwards.
Those interested in submitting
their offers must do so at the
Heritage Office (located on the
Plaça de Baix) during the fifteen
calendar days following February
27, when the announcement of
the auction was published in the
Official Gazette from the province.
