In her own one-woman comedy drama Alison Skilbeck, who has appeared in The Archers, Sherlock Holmes, Miss Marple and Doctor Who, tells the linked tales of four women reaching out in the dark, revealing what lies behind the brave faces of Claire, Sophia, Sara and Sam. There’s flesh and blood, anger, resignation and retaliation. It’s scary and hilarious by turn as the different characters search for love and happiness, with only a SW postcode in common.
