Cumbre area and a very high standard

this was a popular spot and it is now
under new management and with
some reports indicating a happy
revival. Recommended menu-del-
dia. Probably better in evenings in the
very attractive interior as at midday
there is bar noise from “brickies”
coming in to drink. Easy parking.
Muzak just about tolerable.

NEW OWNERS
Restaurante Bull & Bear (formerly
Tres Arcos) : Opp. to, and overlooking,
the Mas-y-Mas at Benitachell. This
is a carvery restaurant and proud of
its meat and fresh vegetables. Do
not overlook this restaurant for they
have a separate bar on the lower
level of the house (see below under
English pub). We cannot (yet)
comment on their attitude towards
muzak in the restaurant. Open Tues-
Sat from 13:00h - 17:00h & Sunday
lunch 12:30h-17:00h (but best to
book). Hours are being reviewed
and extended according to season.
