It is a plan that reduces by more
than 7,000,000 m², the area
permitted for construction.
The Plan concentrates new
construction only in consolidated
urban plots (without consuming
any more land) and recognizes
the expected slowdown in the
forecast of population increase in
the coming years.
Moreover, because it is a
document so relevant to the future
of our Town, we wanted it to be
as transparent as possible, with
maximum public participation
and maximum consensus.
The Law stipulates that it must be
on public display for 45 days, but
we have had it displayed to the
public for 90 days.
