Repairs to the dome of La Cúpula del Calvario a municipal heritage property
were completed at the end of July. The work, which took four months, solved
the damp problem, renewed the characteristic blue glazed dome, dating from
the eighteenth century, cleaned the roof to seal leaks and opened a
series of previously sealed up small windows inside the
temple, improving interior lighting.
The work cost about 75,000 euros
