Moisturise your feet everyday. Put lotion or foot cream on as part of your daily routine TIPS!! Rub on foot cream or petroleum jelly on the feet and slip on socks before bed. This will give you soft and moisturised feet and free from dryness. Pedicure every two weeks Regular pedicure will make a difference in keeping your feet soft and free from dry and rough skin, here are 4 steps to do your own pedicure at home. Wear comfortable shoes • • • • • soak your feet in lukewarm soapy water for 5-10 min exfoliate your feet with foot scrub to slough off dry and dead skin and to moisturise your feet as well cut your toenails straight across as oppose to a curved shape to prevent ingrown toenails from occurring cuticles needs a bit of TLC, apply cuticle oil/cream to your toenails to soften the hardened edges and push back with a orange stick to create an open area ready for polish Your toe nails are now ready to be polished.
