Moisturise your feet
everyday.
Put lotion or foot cream on as
part of your daily routine
TIPS!! Rub on foot cream or
petroleum jelly on the feet
and slip on socks before bed.
This will give you soft and
moisturised feet and free
from dryness.
Pedicure every two weeks
Regular pedicure will make a
difference in keeping your feet soft
and free from dry and rough skin,
here are 4 steps to do your own
pedicure at home.
Wear comfortable shoes

•
soak your feet in lukewarm
soapy water for 5-10 min
exfoliate your feet with foot
scrub to slough off dry and
dead skin and to moisturise
your feet as well
cut your toenails straight
across as oppose to a curved
shape to prevent ingrown
toenails from occurring
cuticles needs a bit of TLC,
apply cuticle oil/cream to your
toenails to soften the
hardened edges and push
back with a orange stick to
create an open area ready for
polish
Your toe nails are now ready
to be polished.
Wearing the wrong shoes can affect
many aspects of foot health. Shoes
that fit too tightly can cause hammer
toe, corns, ingrown toenails and
overly large shoes prevents your heel
settling in the proper place as you
walk.
Keep your feet looking beautiful. Till
next time!
