Women with clear skin tones
have a high contrast to their
appearance. They have dark
brown or black hair, fair to
medium skin tone, and
"bright" eye color such as
blue, green, hazel, or brown.
They look beautiful in bright
colors such hot pink, royal
blue, purple, and black! A fun
summer look for them would
be to mix a handbag, scarf, or
jewelry with a black and white
pattern with hot pink or a
