Children’s Book Club
Books introduce children to vocabulary, help them speak, introduce them to
concepts that they might never come into direct contact with in their early
years.
It’s very unlikely your child will meet a lion walking along the road as you go
to your local shops , but lions, zebras, monkeys, bears and more abound in
children’s books!
Your child may have been to a zoo or the rain forest, travelled
to far flung places, ridden in a train or flown in a plane long before he/she
may experience those concepts/places in real life.
Books stretch their imagination and that’s what we want, isn’t it?
On the following few pages, you will find reviews of some great early
learning board books, which are sturdy books made with hard paper card
that are perfect for little inquisitive hands or teeth as the case may be!
