Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400*. Line a cutting
board or counter top with waxed paper
(preferably natural.)
Ingredients:
*Use organic ingredients as often as
possible!
1 block Parmeggiano reggiano
cheese, finely grated
Your choice of spices ~ rosemary,
chili powder, garlic powder
Metal- style hand grater
Finely grate parmeggiano reggiano
cheese. Place in small bowl. Add spices
to your taste, if desired. Heap individual
tablespoons of cheese onto natural
parchment lined, non stick cookie sheet.
Using the back of a tablespoon, make a
continuous, circular motion until each
cheese mound is flattened neatly and
uniformly. Bake for 3-4 minutes until
golden watching very carefully as
overcooking causes chewiness instead
of crispiness.
Store remaining grated cheese in tightly
covered container. Makes between 1620 crisps. Enjoy! ♥
