In a heated pot of 1 tablespoon
of olive oil, add the onions, bell
peppers, grated ginger and
prawns. Toss for a few minutes
Add some chicken stock. Then add
the rice, thyme, black pepper,
fresh rosemary, little Knorr cube.
Allow to simmer.
Then add some bay leaves and
allow to simmer again.
Add a bit of
water if the
rice isn’t soft
enough and
allow to
simmer. Add
curry powder-
taste and allow
to simmer until
desired texture
is reached.
