Alabama is home to twenty-two
state parks, all of which offer
breathtaking views and wildlife
galore. Little River Canyon National
Preserve, located atop Lookout
Mountain in the Northeast corner of
the state, owns the distinction of
having the deepest canyon east of
the Mississippi and holds one of the
nation’s longest mountaintop rivers,
Little River. The views along
thecanyon rim and at Little River Falls
