Super-Naturally Healthy Caramel
Apple Sundae Surprise!

*Always check for nut allergies before
making this recipe
*You can substitute chocolate chips
for the nuts
Ingredients:
2 medium sized apples, finely
chopped, any variety (save one slice
for garnish.)
2 tablespoons organic caramel
dessert sauce.
2 tablespoons organic chopped
*peanuts or other nuts, or *chocolate
chips.
Low fat vanilla organic ice cream or
frozen vanilla yogurt.
Optional garnish ~ organic whipped
cream, apple slices, and fresh mint
sprig.
Instructions:
•
Wash and dry the apples, and
chop into fine cubes.
• Using a tall dessert glass, layer the
ingredients in order and repeat
layers to within two inches of rim
of glass.
• Garnish with freshly whipped
cream, apple slices and fresh mint
sprig.
