Who are you and Where are you from?
My name is Adam St.Pierre and I'm from right here in Baton Rouge. I mainly enjoy cycling to and from work at the main branch of the EBR Library, longer rides on the weekends when I can get them in, and short trips to the grocery when my panniers aren't busted! I don't ride every day but I the days I do I feel energized and ready to tackle anything.
Why do you love bicycling?
Cycling for me is a great for exercise, and generally a fun way to get around! My commutes to and from work are actually quite enjoyable, and that's definitely not something you hear from non bike commuters!
What would make you or your friends and family likely to ride more in Baton Rouge?
I think I'd be able to ride a good bit more if there were more bicycle lanes in baton rouge especially near the areas that have higher traffic volume. And more bike racks at different businesses would be another investment that would make me bike more. There's tons of great businesses that already have racks like Whole Foods, Radio Bar, Maggie, and of course the library.
What is your favourite place to ride in town?
I think my favorite place to ride is probably the route I take through LSU and downtown to the levee.

If you're making a trip that's less than 2 miles, try to bike!
