You should have recently received a letter from us regarding our 2022 Resident and Family Satisfaction Survey in conjunction with Activated Insights . This survey was initially to have launched on January 10th , 2022 . However , the survey distribution has been delayed due to the recent COVID-19 Omicron surge . We will let you know a new date as soon as possible . We apologize for the change in plans but want to ensure everyone can safely take the survey .
