Tailor of
Inverness
Saturday 5 May, 7.30pm
Tickets £12 / Concession £10
His life spanned most of the
20th century. His story is not
straightforward.
The Tailor of Inverness is a story of
journeys, of how a boy who grew
up on a farm in Galicia (Eastern
Poland, now Western Ukraine)
came to be a tailor in Inverness.
With a stunning violin
accompaniment, Matthew Zajac
tells the extraordinary and moving
story of his Polish father and his
survival in war-torn Europe. It is
a personal, intimate story rooted
in two cultures: Galicia and the
Scottish Highlands.
The Time Machine

2018: In this age of uncertainty, where the shadows
of tyranny, intolerance and war darken the path
into tomorrow, how much time do we have left?
If civilisation falls today, what will become of us?
A new and radical interpretation of the HG Wells
classic, a Victorian time traveller transcends
across the ages from 1900 to our own far future
– from the fall of man to the end of the world.
“This is a towering piece of work
with a glorious performance by
the author.” Sunday Independent
Ireland
Can we change the future?
Or has the end already begun?
