PDA ANNUAL BUSINESS MEETING
PDA ’ s annual business meeting will be held Saturday , April 20 beginning at 9:00 a . m . All PDA members in good standing are encouraged to attend to hear from our lobbyist and reports from PDA leadership . In addition to the updates and reports , members will have the opportunity to voice their opinion on issues affecting dentistry . There is no fee to attend the business meeting .

Attend Pennsylvania ’ s Dental Meeting to network with your peers from PA and neighboring states . You are encouraged to register and attend the social events even if you are not able to attend CE courses or PDA ’ s business meeting .

Meet Your ADA Trustee Reception – open to all PDA members and their guests . Enjoy a dessert reception hosted by James M . Boyle , III , DDS , MS , currently representing PDA on the ADA Board of Trustees . Dress code is business casual .
Friday , April 19 , 2024 , 6:00 p . m . – 7:00 p . m .
Welcome Reception ($ 40 per person ) – mix & mingle with friends and colleagues before dinner . Dress code is business attire .
Friday , April 19 , 2024 , 7:00 p . m . – 10:00 p . m .
Member ’ s Celebration and Awards Dinner ($ 75 per person ) – open to all PDA members and their guests . The dinner will recognize those making an impact on our profession , including PDA ’ s outgoing president , Dr . Richard R . Grossman ; PDA board members who have completed their term of service and the 2024 winners of PDA ’ s Distinguished Service , Recognition and Public Service awards . Dress code is business attire .
HOTEL RESERVATIONS
The meetings associated with Pennsylvania ’ s Dental Meeting will be held at the Mount Airy Casino Report , the first AAA Four-Diamond casino property in Pennsylvania .

Dine at four different restaurants including Bistecca , a steakhouse with hand-crafted pasta . All guests in the hotel and dining in the restaurants must be a minimum of 21 years of age .
Reservation Deadline April 3 , 2024 — A block of rooms has been reserved at the rate of $ 199 single / double plus 9 % applicable taxes per night . The resort fee has been waived for PDA attendees .

The block of rooms at the Mount Airy Casino Resort will be held until April 3 , 2024 , or until rooms are exhausted . After April 3 or once rooms are exhausted , whichever shall occur first , rooms will be assigned on a space available basis at the current room rate .

Reception ($ 20 per person ) – Open to members of the Pierre Fauchard Academy ; the Philadelphia-Delaware Valley Section of the American College of Dentists and the International College of Dentists , USA Section , District 3 and their guests . Dress code is business casual .

ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education . ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors , nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry .
Continuing education credits are designated with each course description .
