Dr . Malini Moni Named New Associate Editor
Dr . Malini Moni is the newest member of the Pennsylvania Dental Journal staff , coming aboard as an associate editor to join editor Dr . Steve Radack and associate editor Dr . Michael Wong .
Currently , Dr . Moni serves as the Chief Dental Officer at Berks Community Health center in Reading , Pa . She practices public health dentistry and her motto is “ treat the person and not the tooth .” She serves as a peer reviewer in several distinguished scientific journals including the Journal of the American Dental Association ( JADA ).
Dr . Moni completed her DDS from the University of Minnesota and she also holds her Masters in Epidemiology and Biostatistics and Post-doctoral Fellowship from the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine .
Apart from clinical care , she enjoys cooking , traveling and spending time with family and friends .

Compensation
• Sign on Bonus up to $ 50,000
• Average compensation of full-time dentists in excess of $ 220,000 / per annum
