ABSTRACT
Lymphomas are malignant neoplasms of hematopoietic cells . In the oral cavity , there is no specific presentation of lymphoma . They may mimic many different oral pathologic processes , ranging from intrabony odontogenic infections to soft tissue growths . Although rare , a diagnosis of lymphoma must be considered in radiolucencies failing to respond to

conventional endodontic therapy or soft tissue lesions in which the clinical presentation does not fit with a classic odontogenic infection . In the following report , we will present two cases of oral lymphoma in which the diagnosis was made after failure to respond to endodontic therapy .
