Triage Dentist
Temple University, Kornberg School of Dentistry is searching for a Triage Dentist to work in a new triage clinic. The Triage Dentist will be trained to follow the guidelines for assigning patients to clinics and recommending radiographic examinations based on ADA / FDA guidelines, and will provide additional clinical duties as assigned by the Dean or his / her designee. Knowledge of all aspects of general dentistry and disease management and the ability to communicate general treatment options and cost will be required. Experience in serving patients with high dental and medical needs and social / economic challenge is required.
Candidate must have a DMD or DDS along with( or eligibility for) an unrestricted dental license to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and must be able to start their schedule at 7AM Monday-Friday.

The Maurice H. Kornberg School of Dentistry is seeking applicants for a full-time, non-tenure track faculty position at the Assistant or Associate Professor levels with DMD, DDS( or equivalent). Preference will be given to applicants with GPR or AEGD training, or with extensive experience working with international students. Applicants must have experience in didactic teaching, course directorship, and curriculum development. This position will require experience in directing a dental program, especially an international DMD program and teaching in preclinical and clinical courses. Proficiency in all aspects of general dentists are necessary.
Pennsylvania license or eligibility for full, unrestricted licensure in PA is required.

The Maurice H. Kornberg School of Dentistry is seeking applicants to practice as a General Dentist in the Faculty Dental Practice. Applicants must have, or be eligible for, an unrestricted dental license to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and experience working in group practices or a university-affiliated dental practice. Experience working with dental staff including working with expanded function dental assistants is necessary.
A base salary and clinical incentive will be determined based on experience.

Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry is searching for faculty at the Assistant or Associate Professor level, tenure or nontenure, in the field of Dental and Biomaterials for our research programs in Oral Microbome and Bioengineering.
The successful candidate, must have education and experience in conducting peer-reviewed funded research and focus on developing new“ smart materials”. The successful applicant will work with other faculty who are from the fields of bioengineering, materials science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering or related fields with a focus on basic and translational science investigations involving biomaterials. Responsibilities include leading a new biomaterials laboratory focused on dental care. In addition to research, the successful candidate will engage in teaching dental materials for predoctoral and postdoctoral students.
Candidate must have a PhD in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A dental degree is not required but preference will be to those who are dentists with doctoral level education in the field.
