We are proud to recognize Amy Mark as our October Person of the Month in 2025— a member whose creativity, leadership, and heart have made a meaningful impact on our association this year.
Amy has played a pivotal role in shaping AAMD’ s new Industry Storytelling Video Series, now in its final stages of editing. Working closely with Clover and our video team, she has dedicated countless hours to ensuring the series is engaging, authentic, and truly representative of the people who make our industry exceptional. This project will serve as a cornerstone of AAMD’ s ongoing efforts to attract new talent through the power of personal stories.
Beyond her work behind the scenes, Amy continues to strengthen our educational programming. She served as an instructor in our CAM class and is helping spearhead an exciting new maintenance course launching in 2026— another example of her commitment to developing the next generation of rental housing professionals.

At the final Supplier’ s Council meeting of 2025, 30 supplier partners came together to spread Holiday cheer through our annual Community Caroling event, reaching nearly 50 apartment communities across Metro Denver.
