Make Ready: As Good As New!
Make-ready maintenance involves preparing an apartment home for a future resident with the goal of making the apartment“ as good as new.” To achieve this goal, however, maintenance professionals need more than just their hands, tools, and a checklist. Indeed, they must learn how to see a just-vacated apartment through the eyes of the future resident, as well as those of the management team or owner.

The OSHA 10 Certification course is designed to provide workers with a foundational understanding of workplace safety and health regulations as outlined by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration( OSHA). NEXT LEVEL POOL MAINTENANCE TRAINING- BASIC WATER CHEMISTRY
This is a hands-on class designed to help pool staff build stronger maintenance skills. The training covers key topics such as how to test water, basic chemical care for pools and hot tubs, and daily upkeep tasks. This course gives staff the tools they need to keep pools running safely and smoothly.
FAIR HOUSING FOR MAINTENANCE PROFESSIONALS
Developed specifically with Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Groundskeepers in mind, this course introduces on-site service staff to Fair Housing regulations and prepares them for interacting with residents.
