Learn the basics of leasing and sales for the apartment industry
In this class , they will review the basics of telephone presentations , greeting customers , demonstrations , qualifying residents , tracking visits and successfully closing the deal .
This class is perfect for Leasing staff new to the industry or needing a refresher . The basics students learn here will complement the procedures you use .
Appliance Repair : Simple Fixes
Repairing appliances can be time-consuming and expensive . The good news is that maintenance staff can make a difference in the number of service requests generated in the future by ongoing actions . Looking into the simple repairs and fixes can save time and money down the road . Through carefully checking the operation of appliances during make-ready inspections and performing routine maintenance ( i . e ., clearing lint from the outside dryer vent , removing build-up from the refrigerator coils ) minimizes the frustration caused by appliances that are not functioning properly or stop working completely .
This class will focus on the stuff that is often overlooked in the maintenance of appliances , such as cleaning , and discuss what parts we should save from appliances that are past their usable lifespan

In this Electrical 101 course , students will learn about the basics of electrical theory , key electrical terms , electricity and plumbing , electrical safety , and the roles and responsibilities of maintenance professionals .
