Celebrating our Leasing Professionals ... the Lease-A-Rama Way !

In a remarkable celebration of leasing professionals , Allison Moledo ( VP of Learning & Development at Grand Peaks ) and Katie Rigsby ( multifamily keynote speaker ), with their inspiring presence , illuminated the beautiful Studio Loft @ Ellie Caulkins Opera House on December 8th , 2023 , setting the stage for a transformative Lease-A-Rama experience . This event , attended by 118 participants , experienced two profound sessions that highlighted the significance of leasing professionals as the indispensable " YOUnique " amenity within their respective communities .
Under the guidance and encouragement of EAC Chair Clover Sharpe , Chair-elect Amanda Lingenfelser , and the
" Snow Squad " members ( Ashley Wynkoop , Brenda Martinez , LaSarha Pass , and Rashelle Melodie ), the participants actively engaged in a creative exercise . Collaboratively , participants concocted a metaphorical " secret sauce ," using glass jars , and inscribing descriptive words on wood chips to represent the blend of characteristics making each leasing professional distinctively YOUnique .
The atmosphere within the Studio Lofts was electric with creativity and motivation as participants embraced the concept of being the special and exclusive feature of their communities . The empowering event left a lasting impression , inspiring leasing professionals to infuse their distinctiveness into their roles while
