Last month at NAA ’ s Assembly of Delegates , long time AAMD Leader and Hall of Fame member Ed Schell was installed as the Secretary of the National Supplier ’ s Council . Ed has been involved with NAA through committees and the National Supplier ’ s Council for approximately 10 years , with a specific focus on NSC participation for the past 5 years . Serving as a Board Member at Large for the last two years , he has actively attended numerous Apartmentalize conferences and maintains his CAS certification .
Ed ’ s goal for the NSC is to continue to align the organization ’ s mission with current industry conditions and to increase membership for all size suppliers . “ There is a large pool of experience and knowledge that can be utilized to promote supplier success , presence , and professionalism in the multifamily industry .”
Ed has long been involved with AAMD for nearly 30 years , holding various leadership positions . His broad industry collaboration extends to working with multiple affiliates to build and support Maintenance Mania .
