Jana Gallagher-Sliwecki , owner of Rejuvenation Day Spa , spoke with The Hammontonian ahead of a much-needed trip to the Florida Keys She offered candid insight into her life and a few “ last ” things . . .
When is the last time you cried ? This morning . I thought about my parents and the situation that we are in and I haven ’ t seen them at all this past holiday season .
What is the last thing you discovered about yourself ? I pray on this every night . I need to be more tolerant and accepting of differences of opinion .
When was your last date night ? New Year ’ s Eve . Jeff and I stayed home . We watched a movie first and went to bed at 8:30 p . m . and was woken up by one of my sisters knocking on our door at 11:55 p . m .
What brings you joy ? My family . They are all a little crazy but they bring me the most joy . My kids and my dogs and my fiance Jeff bring me the most joy .
You are a busy business owner and family woman , when is the last time you had “ me ” time ? I got a facial and a massage at a spa and I actually shut my phone off so I wouldn ’ t look at it and that was two weeks before Christmas . And I never shut my phone off .
When is the last time you danced ? Honestly , this morning . Because Faith had her music on upstairs and I was dancing around the house by myself .
Where is your favorite spot in Hammonton ? My home is my favorite place . And my treatment room in Rejuvenation Day Spa . I find solace there . I go into another world .
Your last guilty pleasure ? Chocolate . In particular fudge . This morning . I had it for breakfast .
