LETTER FROM THE GENERAL MANAGER
St . Johns Members ,
What a year 2021 has been ! While we continue to evolve as a facility through lingering COVID-19 conditions , some traditional Club operations have resumed . Despite this dynamic atmosphere , the past year has been remarkable ! St . Johns Golf and Country Club remains whole-heartedly supported by an incredible membership base . Thank you all for choosing to call St . Johns home .
For the first time in our club ’ s history , we started a Waiting List for new members wishing to join . To date , sixteen members have transitioned from our list to full membership and there are currently nine waiting to join . We have 270 active memberships and over 350 adult members in total . We are truly thankful to have a strong membership who continuously show support and take full advantage of all the Club has to offer .
The initial response to the patio and dining space was tremendous . We hope you found numerous opportunities to visit the club and experience the upgrades . We are excited about new offerings and dining options as we showcase the enhancements in the coming year .
For 2022 , we are excited to continue the Trail Fee option for all members . It was fun to see so many members take advantage of using a private cart for their round . We really enjoyed seeing the modifications some of you made to your carts ! Speakers , lights and more . You name it , we saw it ! What a great way to make your golf experience more comfortable and enjoyable . Next year ’ s Trail Fee will remain the same at $ 1750 for an individual and $ 500 to add an additional rider from your family membership .
At the end of 2020 , Troon Golf acquired Indigo Golf Partners and St . Johns Golf & Country Club . During this year ’ s transition , it was wonderful to showcase the clubhouse and golf course to our new ownership and discuss future potential projects . In the upcoming months , we hope to outline some of these exciting enhancements .
Our Membership Dues for 2022 are outlined below . Please remember , a 5 % discount is available for paying annual dues in full . The Initiation Fee is currently $ 3500 .
