Reading and Robes
Thank you to the judges who read to over 30 students through the Reading and Robes program , which was recently held at the Mandel Public Library in West Palm Beach . Thanks to the generosity of our members , and through the National Judicial Council , we donated a signed children ’ s book written by Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor to all the students and their teachers . This national program , supported locally by our Judicial Relations , Lawyers for Literacy and Law Related Education Committees is an integral part in educating children in our community about our justice system and the role of the judiciary .
