First Impressions… Lasting Impressions As a salesperson, you have access to customers through various channels. The impressions you make on customers do not just begin when they walk in our store doors. Instead, be mindful that phone or virtual communication sometimes comes first. Many times, customers wil l call in or chat with an Online representative before they ever step foot in our store. So, start off on the right foot and be sure to be just as courteous, just as helpful, and just as service oriented in all non face to face communication as you would be with a customer standing in front of you. Showtime is always on, so let the lights, camera, action begin in all of your interactions with customers.
