January ARC Applications Due By COB ( 5:00 PM ) - January 11
The ARC Approval letter is the first step of three steps ( HOA , Town and County ). The ARC Approval Letters are emailed by the end of each month . If you don ' t receive it by then , check your spam mail . If it ’ s not there , then give us a call at 302-933-8072 ( Press 5 for HOA , Press 2 for East ) Once you obtain your required permits , please display it in a street facing window .
Submitting an ARC Application ?
*** THE ARC APPLICATION FORMS HAVE BEEN UPDATED ! PICK UP THE NEW FORM AT THE HOA OFFICE .***
Please remember to include the following information with the application : - Plans and specifications , dimensions - Photos , catalog illustrations , etc . showing the nature , kind , shape , color , materials . - Plot survey with the project location highlighted . - $ 25.00 application fee paid by check and made payable to " Plantation Lakes HOA ".
** Without all of the required information , we may not be able to submit your application to the ARC Committee . The new application can be found at either of the Community Center Offices .
