Australian government guidelines recommend adults do strength training at least two days a week.“ Remember that strength training is one piece of the health puzzle,” Laith points out.“ Integrate mobility work, aerobic training, decent nutrition and adequate rest for the best long-term results.” >

Ingredients ½ cup Premier Protein Vanilla Shake 2 frozen bananas 1 cup frozen mango 1 sliced orange
Directions 1. Place all smoothie ingredients into blender. 2. Blend on high until smooth. 3. Pour into glass and enjoy!
