When connecting two different service types( not two of the same) in the same sale, or in the same month, or within 5 business days of each other, the Costco Executive Member will receive a Costco Shop Card valued at $ 200. If only one provider is switched and connected, the Costco Executive Member will receive a Costco Shop Card valued at $ 70 for electricity, $ 50 for gas, and $ 50 for broadband. All rewards are issued via email, on the last day of the month, two months after the connection is confirmed. Only one electricity, one gas, and one internet connection per residential address will be eligible for a Costco Shop Card reward within a 12-month period.
