This month , we are highlighting the Professionalism Committee , cochaired by Kara Rockenbach Link and David Vitale , Jr . This committee is instrumental in promoting and upholding the highest standards of professionalism within our legal community . Their initiatives include managing the Bar ’ s Professionalism Council , organizing mentorship programs , and hosting events for newly admitted attorneys . They also address concerns related to the profession ' s public image .
