I hope everyone had a spectacular holiday with family and friends . I hope you have a wonderful 2023 with good health and a fun golf season ! Is this the year to lower your handicap ?

We have a lot to be proud of ! The Niners are involved with five community outreach programs .
With the success of our 18th Pink Ball Golf Tournament we have now donated over $ 600,000 to Susan G . Komen , the American Cancer Society and the OHSU Knight Cancer Institute for Cancer Research .
We began supporting the Wilsonville girls golf team in 2011 both financially and with equipment . The Niners purchased team jackets , golf bags , hats , golf balls and traveling expenses and lodging when on the road . We accept used golf clubs and equipment to donate to high school golf teams in our area .
Last year we created a “ Pat Tewell Scholarship Fund .” A $ 1,000 scholarship will be presented annually to a senior on the Wilsonville girls golf team .
We contribute to the annual Charbonneau Employee Scholarship Fund .
Also , this will be the Niners third annual Christmas Gift Wrapping program for the Charbonneau and Wilsonville communities . We accept donations . The proceeds this year will benefit a Wilsonville nonprofit . The first two years we raised over $ 3,200 and donated the money to Wilsonville Community Sharing . This year we have selected Wilsonville Senior , Inc .
Our outreach committees are always looking for support . Learn more about them at our Welcome Back Coffee on March 28 . It will be held from 10 a . m . to 12 p . m . in the new Activity Center .

Our third annual Christmas Gift Wrapping Event was once again a success . Thanks to Chris Bensel for donating the Baileys Irish Cream . Coffee with Baileys and homemade Christmas cookies were an incentive !
We presented Wilsonville Senior , Inc . with a check to support the wonderful work it does for seniors in our community . President Nancy Combs and Community Outreach Director Donna Atkinson were delighted with our donation and ready to put it to good work .
