CT scan is not accessible , but still , it should be supported by physician decisions through consideration of the health risk of the disease . The Siriraj stroke score could be used for academic and epidemiologic studies of stroke types . In summary , only under these conditions , the neurologists , neuroscientists , and neuroradiologists , working together , will enhance the possibilities of accurate diagnosis of patients suffering from a stroke in under-resourced hospital settings . More consistent , precise , sensitive environment approaches to stroke validation scores should be implemented worldwide . Aging-related cortical atrophy in an 85-year-old female patient was an impressive feature , consistent with a left MCA territory , and acute ischemic infarction in our stroke validation methods . In view of the advancement of modern imaging technologies , our perspective is to address such conditions so as to avoid any misdiagnosis or mismanagement of patients with stroke in peculiar hospital settings , especially in the developing world . Stroke is a fatal disease , unless otherwise sensitive and accurate diagnosis , therapies , and approaches will be implemented . Stoke , in the long term , will cause damage to every part of the brain or mind .

Limitation of the Study

The limitation of this study was the lack of comparison among the four clinical score methods and correlations of their combined effect which could improve the performance of the evaluation . The other challenge was the availability of CT scans , which was located far ( 250 km ) from the study area . This affected the overall data collection procedure . However , all necessary measurements and estimates were made through good coordination among the neuroradiologist , clinical data collectors , supervisors , and even principal investigators to overcome the challenge .
