FIT TIP: You are what you eat
Training camp for the Jaguars is just around the corner and
that means eating all the right foods in order to hit the ground
running when that first practice whistle blows. Junior Jags
should be using this time to cut back on sweets, chips and
other unhealthy items that can zap energy levels and cause
weight gain. Eat more protein this month, and try to get in five
servings of fruits and vegetables a day.
