Her training gave her the ability to meet and work for great chefs and to attend a top culinary institute Le Cordon Bleu in Atlanta, Ga. Chef Juanita’s cooking style is described as elegant, modern and fun. Blending her southern heritage with her classical french training, she loves to fuse cultures and play with flavors to achieve maximum flavor profiles. Chef Juanita has been able to travel and taste food from other parts of the world. She considers this as one of her greatest achievements. She paired her love for cooking and entertaining to begin her business. Ms. Smith loves to have a good time with her food and always makes sure her clients have a good time with every bite. In order to bring life back to boring food she makes custom menus and themes guaranteed not to “break the bank” for her clients.
