and fun. Blending her southern
heritage with her classical french
training, she loves to fuse cultures
and play with flavors to achieve
maximum flavor profiles.
Chef Juanita has been able to travel and taste food from other parts
of the world. She considers this as
one of her greatest achievements.
She paired her love for cooking
and entertaining to begin her
business.
Ms. Smith loves to have a good
time with her food and always
makes sure her clients have a good
time with every bite. In order to
bring life back to boring food she
makes custom menus and themes
guaranteed not to “break the bank”
for her clients. She caters to her
clients’ special needs and makes
sure that each bite is worth coming back for.
Juanita was cooking for numerous celebrities and professional
athletes. She expanded her business by reaching out to area restaurants, consulting, and teaching
cooking classes and demos.
