Meanwhile , The Brokenwood Mysteries recently celebrated its 10 th anniversary and will return for Series 11 in 2025 , continuing to captivate global audiences with its unique blend of murder mysteries and light-hearted entertainment .

A brand-new series of All Creatures Great and Small has recently launched in the UK and is set to arrive on Masterpiece in the US after Christmas . Now with five series available , and another coming in 2025 , it is the ultimate comfort viewing experience package . The show ’ s popularity continues to grow both on and off the screen , with the recent launch of an online shop offering exclusive merchandise for its global fan base .

In a year where Jamie Dornan , Sophie Turner and Sharon D Clarke have starred in our scripted series , it is incredible to have such world-renowned talent confirmed in our 2025 slate as well . Hugh Bonneville returns in the second series of BBC smash hit The Gold , Gillian Anderson leads the cast in Wildgaze Films ’ Trespasses , Sheridan Smith plays Ann Ming in powerful drama I Fought the Law , and Keeley Hawes and Freddie Highmore both star in Two Brothers Pictures ’ international thriller The Assassin .

Our dramas are receiving outstanding recognition across the festival circuit , with Lost Boys & Fairies triumphing in the Official Competitions at Seriencamp and Festival de la Fiction and selected at OUTShine Festival , Miami . Dead and Buried played at Festival de la Fiction , while returning favourites Peep Show and The Gold screened at International Serial Killer Festival and Boarders screened at Dakar Séries .

Still to come this year , Generation Z and Boarders play at Geneva International Film Festival , Black Sands Series 2 joins the line up at both Nordische Filmtage Lübeck Festival and Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival . All Creatures Great and Small will feature at South International Series Festival , Cadiz , alongside Joan , which has also been selected to play at Marseille Series Stories .

As our scripted format slate continues to expand , there is fast growing appetite to recreate our top-quality stories for local markets . Back To Life was adapted in Poland while German adaptations of Eyewitness and Informer , which has also been selected at Filmfest Hamburg , will be released later this year . In Asia , our formats are thriving with a Content Asia Award for Kafas , the Indian version of Dark Money , and adaptations of The Tourist and Boat Story currently in production .

We are proud to have so many firm favourites returning this year . Recently launched or upcoming second series include Boarders , Black Snow , Black Sands , The Ex-Wife , The Gold , Mystery Road : Origin , Ridley and The Tourist , while Dalgliesh , Total Control , Trigger Point and Blinded are all back for Series 3 . Established brands All Creatures Great and Small , The Brokenwood Mysteries , Midsomer Murders and Van der Valk continue to go from strength to strength as well , with more episodes coming in 2024 and beyond !
