CLE Panel Discussions

Three organizations, two great free CLE panel discussions. The Essex County Bar Association, Mercer County Bar Association, and IWIRC-NJ held two CLE panel discussions on Local Forms and Best Practices for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.

On February 1, 2018, the panel included The Honorable Kathryn C. Ferguson (Chief Judge, U.S. Bankruptcy Court District of New Jersey), Judi LeCompte (U.S. Bankruptcy Court District of New Jersey), and David G. Beslow, Esq. of Goldman & Beslow, LLC. Nicole Stefanelli (Cullen and Dykman, LLP), moderated the discussion which was generously sponsored by Gibbons, P.C., in Newark, New Jersey.

On February 8, 2018, the panel included The Honorable Andrew B. Altenburg, Jr. (U.S. Bankruptcy Court District of New Jersey), Judi LeCompte (U.S. Bankruptcy Court District of New Jersey), and Carrie Boyle (McDowell Posternock Apell & Detrick). Ross Switkes, of Trenk DiPasquale Della Fera & Sodono, P.C., moderated the discussion which was generously sponsored by Stark & Stark in Lawrenceville, New Jersey.

A special thanks to our panels, everyone who assisted in organizing the discussions, and of course the attendees. Both panels were found to be very helpful and a great refresher for the new year.
