CLE Panel Discussions
Three organizations, two great free CLE panel discussions. The Essex County Bar Association, Mercer County Bar Association, and IWIRC-NJ held two CLE panel discussions on Local Forms and Best Practices for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.
On February 1, 2018, the panel included The Honorable Kathryn C. Ferguson (Chief Judge, U.S. Bankruptcy Court District of New Jersey), Judi LeCompte (U.S. Bankruptcy Court District of New Jersey), and David G. Beslow, Esq. of Goldman & Beslow, LLC. Out-of-Court Restructurings & TIA Considerations Panel Discussion
On October 18, 2017, it was a full house at the New York Athletic Club for a lunch panel discussion on out-of-court restructurings and considerations under the Trust Indenture Act.
