FERDINAND BERTHOUD
Old world precedents meet new world materials as the Ferdinand Berthoud F-B 1.4-2 combines a tourbillon with a fusee’-moderated power supply in a titanium case. Under the dial you’ ll find three sapphire bridges held up with polished titanium posts that simultaneously evoke the feel of a vintage marine chronometer and a Modern-Age machine. In this new version, the portholes on the profile of the case have been eliminated in favor of a full see-through sapphire crystal back. Currently Ferdinand Berthoud is only available for view or sale via private appointments scheduled at one of their parent company’ s( Chopard) boutiques via contact @ ferdinandberthoud. ch. Retail price is $ 207,900.
