CLIFTON BAUMATIC COLLECTION
Baume & Mercier is introducing the BM12-1975A , created in collaboration with the Richemont Research & Innovation team . This Baumatic movement boasts four key features : 1 ) antimagnetic capabilities 25 times higher than the current norm ; 2 ) power reserve of about 120 hours ; 3 ) precision of -4 /+ 6 seconds per day ; 5 ) service requirement of once every five years . The collection featuring this new innovation , the Clifton Baumatic , will initially include five styles , with pricing starting at $ 2,590 . CLIFTON CLUB LEGENDS
On the heels of the Burt Munro Tribute late last year , Baume & Mercier is introducing new designs in the Clifton Club Indian Trilogy : the Legends . Each automatic 44mm chronograph pays tribute to Indian Motorcycle , which has been crafting motorcycles since 1901 and with whom Baume & Mercier began a partnership last August . Each is part of a limited edition of just 1,901 pieces in honor of the founding date of the famed bike brand .
The case of the Clifton Club Indian Legend , Chief Edition ( above , right ) is polished and satin-finished stainless steel , and the fixed DLC bezel has an engraved tachymeter scale ; it is fitted on a metal bracelet . The screw-down caseback is engraved with the Indian Motorcycle logo and the limited edition number of the piece . The watch ’ s black dial features riveted luminescent indexes , two subdials and a red seconds hand with the Indian Motorcycle logo on the counterweight . Price : $ 3,900
With a polished and satin-finished steel case , the Clifton Club Indian Legend , Scout Edition also has a fixed bezel with an engraved tachymeter scale . The openworked dial , designed to evoke the engines on midsize bikes , features snailed gray subdials . The luminescent riveted indexes are complemented by the beige chronograph seconds hand . The screw-down caseback is engraved with the Indian Motorcycle logo and the limited edition number of the piece . The watch ’ s light brown calfskin strap with black stitching is from the famed Horween Leather Company . Price : $ 3,750
