FREDERIQUE CONSTANT Classic Worldtimer Manufacture NOW WITH A NEW GREEN DIAL AND STRAP and a polished stainless steel case, Frederique Constant’s 42mm Classic Worldtimer Manufacture is an attractive and user-friendly addition to one’s wrist, wherever your travels may take you. As with the formerly introduced rose gold-plated and brown-dial version, this new Classic Worldtimer Manufacture, set to be officially released at Baselworld 2018 in mid-March, has a finely rendered world map on the dial and employs two sepa- rate discs. One disc reveals twenty-four cities for worldwide timekeeping on the outer rim of the dial, and a 24-hour ring with day/night indication is adjacent. Hand-polished silver-colored hands with a white luminescent treatment traverse the dial, while luminous indexes mark the hours. The date counter is at 6 o’clock. The in-house designed, developed and produced FC-718 allows the Worldtimer’s functions, as well as the date, to be quickly and easily adjusted via the crown, thus requiring no additional pushbuttons on the watchcase. The movement is expertly decorated with perlage and circular Côtes de Genève, visible through the open caseback, and it offers 42 hours of power reserve. The watch is fitted on a green alligator leather strap with white stitching. Price: $4,195. Below: Inside the Hybrid this solid anti-magnetic shields the rest of the watch from the electronic components. SPRING 2018 | INTERNATIONAL WATCH | 75
